Doechii has just made a major leap into homeownership, and she couldn’t wait to share the news with her followers on Instagram. In a series of entertaining stories posted on Friday, September 5, the talented rapper gave fans a glimpse of her new abode, particularly her stunning kitchen.

The Grammy winner announced her latest purchase in a fun and engaging way. Although she didn’t disclose the exact location of her new home, we know she’s originally from Tampa, Florida, and made a move to Los Angeles back in 2019.

Her Instagram stories kicked off with a humorous request from Doechii, asking fans, “Rate me saying ‘Get out of my house’ in my new house.” She then followed up with seven hilarious videos, each featuring her unique take on variations of “Get out.” In true influencer fashion, she included fun polls for her audience to vote on what they thought of her performances. Options ranged from “Needs more passion” to “stop posting these,” making it a playful interaction between her and her followers.

Throughout the videos, Doechii stayed stationed in her kitchen, proudly showing off its beautiful features. From the vibrant teal tile backsplash to the stylish open shelves for her pots and pans, her kitchen is definitely a standout part of the home.

This new purchase comes after a remarkable year that has marked a turning point in her career. Earlier this year, she clinched her first Grammy Award for Best Rap Album for her project Alligator Bites Never Heal at the 67th Grammys. A month later, she was honored with the Outstanding Music Artist Award at the 36th GLAAD Media Awards.

In May, she wowed attendees at the 2025 Met Gala, donning a custom Louis Vuitton suit designed in collaboration with Pharrell Williams. Just a few months later, Doechii took the stage at Lollapalooza in Chicago on August 2, where she announced her very first headlining tour, set to kick off on October 14 in Chicago.
