Cardi B has announced that she and her husband, Migos rapper Offset, are expecting baby number two during the BET Awards on Sunday night.
Cardi took to the stage with the Migos for their performance of “Type Sh*t,” and rocking a black and silver embroidered Dolce & Gabbana bodysuit. The suit featured a sheer panel that proudly showed off her baby bump.
The rap couple are already parents to daughter Kulture Kiar — 3 next month. Offset is also father to daughter Kalea, 6, and sons Kody, 6, and Jordan, 11, from previous relationships.
Since giving birth to Kulture, it’s been no secret how much Cardi loves motherhood.
“I just wanna be home all the time. I don’t care about going out anymore. The things that I thought matter, it didn’t really matter. I’m just so focused on my kid. I don’t be sad for long because whenever I’m with my baby, it’s like, ‘Yeah, whatever. F*ck everybody’,” she said in her Harper’s Bazaar interview in 2019.
Cardi is known for her saucy tongue and racy outfits. She also opened up to the magazine about what it’s like to be a “sexy mom.”
“I feel like when I’m half naked and when I twerk, people be like, ‘You’re a mom now,’ and it’s like, ‘Well, I was doing it before I was a mom, so it’s not like there’s gonna be a difference.’ One day, my daughter’s gonna see my body and she’s gonna see me twerking and it’s like, ‘Would it make a difference if I did it after or before her?'” she explained. ” It’s still out there. I feel like moms who do wanna feel sexy can be. I don’t feel like once you become a mom, you supposed to be this nun.”
