Gabrielle Union is “bringing it on.” In a recent Instagram post, the 50-year-old mother of one shared a make-up-free face while showing her 21 million followers her head full of gray hairs. She had just removed her braids and wanted to share how she cared for her natural hair following the removal.
“You can tell it grew because you can see all the grays,” the Nebraska native quipped as she showed her gorgeous mane of silver-accentuated highlights. “Welcome to old age, kids.”
The video then shows her daughter Kaavia, 4, running her fingers through her mother’s hair while shouting “Look at your curls!”
“My curls are coming back!” Union replied.
Union says she uses products from her haircare line to help maintain her natural tresses.

On Instagram, fans flooded the comment section to applaud the Being Mary Jane star for her transparency as it relates to haircare.
