The judge banned Tiffany Haddish from ingesting illegal substances, CBD products, alcohol, or prescription medications outside therapeutic levels.
The comedian will reportedly have to stop drinking and undergo random drug testing to restrict her from using drugs and drinking alcohol following her second DUI arrest.
Beverly Hills PD charged Tiffany Haddish with her second DUI in less than two years last month.
According to a court document obtained by reporters, Georgia state prosecutors have filed a motion to modify the 43-year-old actress’s bond conditions.
The new request is to include a proposal for the court to prohibit the comedian from consuming drugs and alcohol with weekly tests for drugs and alcohol while on bond.
The Hollywood actress was arrested on November 24 after police received a complaint about a female sleeping in her Tesla in the middle of the busy street Beverly Drive.
Haddish was reportedly ‘slumped over the wheel while the car’s was still running.
The incident occurred just months after her initial Georgia DUI arrest in January 2022. Tiffany Haddish was arrested in Peachtree City, Georgia after she reportedly fell asleep at the wheel.
As per the ruling, the judge specified that even prescription drugs must adhere to therapeutic limits.
Tiffany Haddish’s obligatory drug test panel will screen for common illicit drugs like HEM products (CBD), including testing for ETG and ETS, which are alcohol metabolites.
Following her second arrest, hours after her comedy show at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach on Thanksgiving, she promised to “get help.”
The “Girl’s Trip” star told Entertainment Tonight in an interview that she fell asleep at the wheel on her way home after performing at The Laugh Factory’s annual Thanksgiving feast.
“This will never happen again. I’m going to get some help. So I can learn balance and boundaries,” she vowed in the interview.
