The Memphis rapper was reportedly arrested in Georgia on suspicion of driving under the influence and two other charges.

GloRilla was arrested after attending a “Peach State” party on Tuesday morning, April 16.

GloRilla, real name Gloria Hallelujah Woods, was detained in Suwanee, Georgia, a suburb about 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, consuming or possessing an open alcohol container, and a separate traffic charge, according to TMZ, which broke the story of the arrest.

The outlet also added that the rapper had a wardrobe malfunction after cops busted her, trying to put her in a jail cell.

Local police report that GloRilla was stopped on Tuesday at 4 a.m. ET after executing an illegal U-turn at a red light. The rapper refused to say how much alcohol or marijuana she had consumed, but the officer who filled out the arrest sheet reported that both substances smelled strongly coming from her car. The officer conducted a field sobriety test after she insisted that she was okay to drive.

According to TMZ, GloRilla failed every section of the test and declined to take a breathalyzer afterward. The arresting officer stated that GloRilla experienced a wardrobe malfunction during that refusal. She was not aware that her breast had come loose from her dress until someone told her directly.

As reported by TMZ, the rapper from Memphis was arrested on Tuesday shortly after 6 a.m. ET and was later freed on bond.

GloRilla has encountered legal issues on other occasions. When she appeared on Cornbread TV, she acknowledged that she had served time in prison for an unidentified crime but omitted to disclose the specifics of the offense.

GloRilla hasn’t discussed the arrest in public. But she uploaded and removed a picture of herself on Twitter and Instagram shortly after TMZ’s story went live, featuring a bottle of port wine on her head and the song “High AF” playing on her IG Stories.
