Halle Berry would rather not get married again despite being head over heels for Van Hunt, a musical artist and her boyfriend of several years now.

A source told OK! Magazine, that Berry “doesn’t want to make another mistake and end up in divorce court.”

“Van’s so easygoing and great with her two kids, but the idea of saying ‘I do’ only to have the marriage crash and burn scares her,” the source told the publication.

The 56-year-old actress previously wed former MLB David Justice from 1993-1997, then married soul crooner Eric Benét from 2001-2005 before tying the knot with actor Olivier Martinez from 2013-2016.

The B.A.P.S. star has two children: a daughter, Nahla, 15, who she shares with model Gabriel Aubry and a son, Maceo-Robert, 9, with Martinez.

The insider further revealed that with all the divorces and breakups, Berry sees no need to marry again.

“She’s happier than she’s been in a long time,” the source said. “Why rock the boat?”

The news comes two months after Berry won a decade-long custody and child support battle with Aubry, who she had been caught up in a conflict with for many years.

In 2014, a judge ordered the Catwoman star to cough up $16,000 per month plus a lump sum of $115,000 when she and Aubry split ways. The amount, her lawyers told the Los Angeles Superior Court at the time, was extortion.

Seven years later, her legal team successfully reduced the figure to $8,000 per month, but the actress was still ordered to pay an additional 4.3% of any annual income she made over $1.95 million, according to a DailyMail report.

But new court documents show the Oscar award-winning actress is only expected to pay nothing in excess of $4.5 million, even though she reportedly makes $10 million per movie.

“Halle shall continue to pay Gabriel 4.3% of any income she receives above $1.95 million, as and for additional child support for Nahla, however, any additional payments of child support pursuant to this Paragraph shall not exceed $109,650 per year, which is the difference between 4.3% of $1.95 million and $4.5 million,” reads court documents.

In short, the Ohio native will only pay $110,000 per year for her eldest daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, 15.
