Rapper Kaliii just said what a lot of new moms are thinking but rarely say out loud. In a refreshingly honest TikTok moment, the Area Codes star made it clear she’s officially ready to book that mommy makeover.

Let’s be honest, bouncing back after pregnancy is hard.

At just 24 years old, Kaliii has been juggling new motherhood, a music career, and social media pressure, all under the spotlight. After giving birth to her first child, a baby girl, in November 2024 with her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs player Justyn Ross, the rapper is now opening up about her post-baby body journey.

In the TikTok clip, Kaliii hinted that she’s ready to take the plunge with her dream plastic surgeon to “take her physical appearance to the next level.” While fans quickly flooded her comments urging her to reconsider going under the knife, Kaliii didn’t hold back. She’s tired. The gym isn’t doing it. And she’s ready to feel like herself again.

“BABY, I’M TIREEDDDDDD, the gym ain’t working fast enough!”

More than 325,000 women in the U.S. underwent cosmetic surgery after pregnancy last year. Yup, that many. And the buzzword that keeps coming up? Mommy makeover. But what is it really, and is it just hype, or actually helpful?

Let’s break it down.

A mommy makeover isn’t just one procedure. It’s a combo platter of surgeries designed to help women reclaim their bodies after childbirth. A tummy tuck, breast lift or augmentation, liposuction, and sometimes even vaginal rejuvenation. It’s like a greatest hits album but for post-baby body goals.

The term itself has become wildly popular online, especially among celebs and influencers who are loud and proud about going under the knife.

Pregnancy changes everything. Skin stretches, boobs drop, and abs? Sometimes they say bye forever. And while some moms bounce back like gym goddesses, others don’t, and that’s okay. That’s where the mommy makeover comes in.

But is it “good” for you? That depends.

Physically, it’s real surgery, like hours under anesthesia. There’s pain, healing time, and risks, just like any other major procedure. Emotionally though? For many women, it’s a confidence boost that helps them reconnect with their bodies and feel like themselves again.

Whether she sticks with the gym grind or opts for surgery, Kaliii is doing what feels right for her. Period.
