Stank rapper Latto was trending on Twitter Monday after her collection of unreleased music was leaked by an unknown troll.
One hundred and thirty songs were allegedly leaked, including collaborations with other rappers and producers. Many noted that one of the songs was a demo of the song Blick Blick!, a song already released by Coi Leray and Nicki Minaj. The leaked song features Latto rapping the song’s hook and rapping verses that appeared in both Coi and Minaj’s bars.
It has not been determined whether the song was originally for Coi or if Latto recorded it as a reference for the Boston rapper. It is also unclear whether Latto wrote the track. Earlier this year, the Atlanta rapper did admit that she used a ghostwriter in the past.
In a Twitter beef with We Go Up rapper Minaj last month, Latto tweeted: “I heard a few of ur refs before they came out too boo. U forget WE ALL collab w the same writers?? Difference is I don’t deny it. The world seen me writing since 16 on national TV tho.”
Latto also tweeted during the heated exchange that Minaj turned down her requests to collab and “shaded” her in subliminals.
Another leaked song that has people talking is a version of the 2020 hit song Whole Lotta Money, featuring BIA and Minaj. BIA went online to say that Latto did not contribute to the song in any way, shape or form.
“No London jae wrote the hook, I wrote the pre and verse it’s not rocket science,” she wrote on Twitter in response to a user who thought differently. London Jae also has credits in Latto’s Big Energy, Pull Up, and Soufside songs.
Another version of Latto’s Sex Lies song reveals tracks from Tory Lanez instead of Lil Baby, raising questions about Latto’s allegiance to Megan Thee Stallion. It is reported that Tory shot Megan in the feet at a club in 2020.
“lmao latto recorded a whole song with Tory after the Meg incident??? wait this is interesting,” one fan tweeted.
“LMFAOOOOO NOT LATTO GOT A COLLAB WITH TORY!!! i wonder if megan gonna tweet ‘weird’ and go on another stand with black women rant,” another wrote.
