Misa Hylton is stepping forward with a clear message to leave her and her son, Justin Combs, out of the chaos of Diddy’s new Netflix documentary.

Following the release of the Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning, Misa says she and Justin have become the targets of relentless harassment. Harassment, she says, stems from “implied” comments made by former Bad Boy security guard Gene Deal and statements highlighted in the documentary.

And after staying quiet for years, she’s speaking up.

Misa Hylton shared a deeply emotional statement on Instagram. Her words painted a picture of a mother pushed to her breaking point:

“The harassment my son and I have been dealing with because of things implied by Gene Deal and stated in a recent Netflix documentary has been heartbreaking… We’ve been dragged into something we never asked for… a cruel game built on rumors and agendas.”

Misa says she and Justin are being misled, misrepresented, and mistreated by narratives they never agreed to be part of. She also made it clear that these accusations aren’t just hurtful, they’re dangerous.

The worried mother also suggested that with just a little critical thinking, it would be evident that the implications circulating online couldn’t possibly be true. And if they were, she says, the consequences would be far more severe.

She ended her message with a plea and a warning: “This will be a post and delete. #protectwomenandtheirchildren.”

Sean Combs: The Reckoning has shaken the internet. For many viewers, it offered a glimpse into a side of Diddy they never expected to see. The documentary included:

Never-before-seen footage of Diddy during the days leading up to his 2024 arrest for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for prostitution.
Graphic allegations from former associates and friends.
Accounts of coercion, manipulation, and threats said to span decades.

Though Diddy was acquitted of the sex trafficking and racketeering charges in July 2025, the public conversation hasn’t slowed down. If anything, it’s intensified, and according to Misa, that heat is now burning the wrong people.

While The Reckoning has sparked valid conversations about accountability and abuse in the entertainment industry, Misa Hylton wants the world to remember that she and her child deserve protection, not persecution.
