No Stylists, No Clients! Kenya Moore’s Hair Spa Appears Deserted Following RHOA Exit & Scandal

Once hailed as a glamorous new venture by Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore, the Kenya Moore Hair Spa now appears eerily deserted, raising questions about the fate of the business following her explosive exit from the reality franchise.

According to eyewitness reports from The U.S. Sun, the upscale Atlanta salon — opened with fanfare in June 2024 — has shown no signs of life in recent days.

On April 30 and May 1, the spa was reportedly locked and empty, with no stylists, clients, or staff seen entering or exiting. Despite its lavish purple decor — complete with plush curtains and couches — “it looked like no one worked there at all,” one source said.

The downturn comes after Moore’s controversial departure from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. During the salon’s grand opening event, which aired on Bravo, Moore shocked attendees by displaying sexually explicit images of co-star Brit Eady.

Though the images were blurred during the episode, the fallout was swift. Moore later admitted, “I believe the photos were very distasteful,” and claimed to have taken “full accountability.”

Moore, 53, has continued to post on Instagram — recently teasing fans, “You just never know who might pop out” — but has offered no explanation for the salon’s silent storefront or apparent shutdown. A representative for the former Miss USA has not responded to media requests for a comment.

The salon had previously listed itself as “open by appointment” on Mondays through Wednesdays. However, by Thursday, May 1 — a day it was scheduled to accept both walk-ins and appointments — the spa remained locked, with empty drawers and no visible products inside.

Moore’s latest business woes reflect the challenges many reality stars face in converting TV fame into sustainable ventures.
