Porsha Williams has just lit a massive fire under her former friend Shamea Morton, and it’s all over some serious shade allegedly thrown at Porsha’s mother. You know what they say: mess with someone’s kids, you’ve got a problem.
But mess with a Housewife’s mama? Honey, prepare for an explosion!
Porsha took to social media with a vengeance, and let’s just say she wasn’t mincing words. In a now-deleted but very much screenshot-worthy post, Porsha called out Shamea directly, referencing comments that are seemingly set to air in the upcoming Episode 11. According to Porsha, Shamea dared to imply “SH*T” about her mother, Diane Williams. While Shamea has been doing the interview circuit, getting teary-eyed even on “Watch What Happens Live” about the breakdown of her friendship with Porsha, the usually outspoken Porsha has been surprisingly quiet – until now.
Her message was crystal clear, and you could practically feel the heat radiating off the screen. “Ima just say this. I’m watching the new episode, shameamorton. Now, don’t take it there. Don’t imply SH*T about Diane Williams. I’ve been keeping it cute/quiet, and you can do and say what you want [on] me, but hear me when I say WRONG ROAD,” Porsha wrote, not holding back her fury. But she didn’t stop there. She went on to reveal the alleged nature of Shamea’s comments: “Talking about, well, your mom thought my mom was a friend. Knowing Gotdamn well, what she did to my mom was highly egregious! Don’t do it keep playing victim and that BS. Don’t f with my MOM!”
If that wasn’t enough to send a clear message, Porsha’s caption doubled down on her warning. “You said it on TV ( New Episode 11). Now, I’m saying it in public. Just STOP…fair warning @shameamorton,” she declared, tagging Shamea directly.
It’s no secret that Porsha and Shamea’s once rock-solid friendship has crumbled this season. We’ve seen Shamea express her hurt over Porsha’s absence at her wedding years ago (which Porsha recently admitted was due to their strained relationship at the time, not a health issue as she initially claimed). We also know that comments Shamea allegedly made to Angela Oakley and Drew Sidora about her frustrations with Porsha fueled the initial rift. Shamea admitted feeling scared to voice these concerns directly to Porsha.
Interestingly, just days before this social media eruption, Porsha had wished Shamea a happy birthday, leading some fans to believe that maybe, just maybe, there was a glimmer of hope for reconciliation. Clearly, that hope has been extinguished. At least for now.
