New video and images have surfaced showing a fan battered after 50 Cent threw a microphone at a crowd of concertgoers while performing at Crypto.com Arena Wednesday night.

According to reports, Power 106 radio host Bryhana Monegain was hit in the head after the Get Rich or Die Tryin rapper hurled the mic in a fiery rage. She has since filed a police report and 50 Cent has been named a suspect in a criminal felony battery report filed by LAPD.

“Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis (AKA 50 Cent) would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone,” 50 Cent‘s attorney Scott Leemon told TMZ. “Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.”

According to police, 50 threw the mic at his production crew in an area of the stadium where they work, striking Monegain. The victim further revealed that he looked right at her before assaulting her, adding that he knew she was there. She was rushed to a local hospital following the incident and is recovering from a laceration on her forehead.

The news comes on the heels of his ongoing Final Lap Tour 2023. According to reports, at the time of the incident, the Queens native was given several microphones that didn’t work, which made him upset.

In the video, 50 is seen walking onstage with a mic in hand to perform alongside YG. He then abruptly turns to one side of the stage and throws the mic.

Another source tells TMZ 50 did not intend to strike the woman, but some say that story doesn’t fly – like the mic did.

Following the incident, images of the injured victim with a gash on her head surfaced online. In one photo, she is seen with a bloodied forehead and towels wrapped around her neck.

At the time of this writing, neither 50 Cent nor any members of his team have commented on the incident.
