Kelli Ferrell, the newbie on “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” just finalized her split from ex-husband Chuvalo Ferrell. Let’s just say, she came out on top!

We’re talking custody, serious cash, and some seriously flashy jewelry. It’s a drama-filled ending to a clearly messy situation.

The new Real Housewives of Atlanta star has officially finalized her divorce from her ex-husband, and the court documents serve up all the juicy details.

After months of legal back-and-forth, the final judgment was signed on September 23, 2024, following an intense courtroom showdown in August.

In Touch Media acquired the conclusive ruling and decree signed by the court on September 23, 2024. The ruling indicated that the former couple attended court on two distinct occasions in August 2024. After evaluating the evidence, the judge made a decision regarding the distribution of property and support.

And the results? A major win for Kelli. She has been granted primary custody of their three children, while Chuvalo was awarded visitation rights. But that’s not all. He’ll also be shelling out $3,991 monthly in child support and keeping their children’s health insurance in check.

When it comes to the financial split, Kelli walked away with a whopping $175,000, while Chuvalo received $90,000.

“The parties owned and operated a restaurant together during the marriage, Nana’s Chicken N Waffles, and through that business venture, the parties incurred various debts. As it relates to the marital debts, the parties guaranteed multiple business loans from various third parties and creditors,” the order read.

The court laid out who will pay each debt. The judgment noted that Chuvalo “disposed of approximately $790,000 of marital assets during the parties’ separation.”

“Although [Chuvalo] disposed of numerous marital assets, [Kelli] testified that several of the items were gifts the parties gave one another during their marriage,” the judge noted.

But it’s the luxury assets that really have fans talking. Kelli got to keep all household furniture worth $45,000, a 2021 Navy Blue Cadillac Escalade, a Rolex Oyster wristwatch, a diamond necklace, and her wedding ring set.

The agreement was reached shortly after Chuvalo was incarcerated for not meeting his child support payments.

Kelli initiated divorce proceedings in 2022. The former couple has three children together: Chance, born in 2012, and twins Chasiti and Chelsi, born in 2015. Kelli also has an older daughter named Chloe from a prior relationship.
