By now we’re sure you’ve already seen the first-ever video of Bajan beauty Rihanna’s new bundle of joy. Since then, the Umbrella star and her beau A$AP Rocky have been out and about with their son for the world to see.
Over the weekend, the pair were spotted in California with their 7-month-old during a photo shoot wearing matching outfits while working near the crystal blue waters of Malibu. Flanked with a hefty camera crew and production team, TMZ captured the new family looking happy as can be doing what they do best: working.
The images come days after the Pour It Up singer shared an adorable 45-second video of her son on TikTok.
“You trying to get mommy’s phone,” Rihanna can be heard saying in the video.
In the post, her son is seen sitting in the backseat of a car yawning, smiling and attempting to grab mommy’s phone out of her hands.
There is still no word on what she named her son, but this first time she has released video of her son since he was born in May.
“Oh my god, the mornings, like, seeing his morning face…seeing a baby with, like, little bags and waking up and they’re just, like, startled. They’re trying to figure out where they’re at. It’s the cutest, it’s my favorite part of the day,” she told Entertainment Tonight months after her son was born.
One month before her baby was born, Rihanna revealed to Vogue that she understood being a mother would be hard – especially considering she runs a multi-million empire – but she was confident that she could do it all.
“Balance is one of my biggest challenges and always has been,” she says. “And now there’s another human being coming into play, it changes what that means again. Still, I have businesses that aren’t going to run themselves. My mom handled the three of us with not even close to the amount of resources that I have, so I can absolutely do it. What it looks like? I’m not sure.”
