Rapper and viral sensation Sexyy Red, known for her unapologetic persona and chart-topping hits, has entered 2025 with a fresh new look.
The 26-year-old artist, whose real name is Janae Nierah Wherry, shared the results of her latest breast augmentation surgery, her third, performed by Dr. Marcelo Ghersi.
Sexyy Red took fans behind the scenes of her transformation, posting pre-operation selfies on social media. In a hospital gown with the caption, “Didn’t want small no more, I’m going back big,” she hinted at the changes to come.
Following the procedure, the rapper praised her surgeon on Instagram Stories, saying, “My chest look soooo much better thank you soooo much @drghersi.”
Her surgery reportedly aimed to alleviate back pain and enhance the overall appearance of her chest.
Flaunting the Results
On Jan. 10, Sexyy Red showcased her post-surgery look across her platforms.
In a video on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), she wore a recovery bra under a striped plunging top, giving fans a glimpse of the taped-up results.
“Yal some hater 30K on boobs top notch [sic],” she wrote, revealing the hefty price tag for her procedure.
Despite her recent surgery, Sexyy Red isn’t slowing down. She’s slated to make an appearance at the exclusive Mr. Jones nightclub in Miami, proving that recovery isn’t stopping her grind.
