Footage obtained by TMZ shows Desmond seated at the bar Sante with a woman perched on his lap, the two sharing an extended kiss as other patrons looked on. The moment was impossible to ignore.
The sighting comes on the heels of a major shift in Kristy’s personal life. Earlier this month, it was confirmed that she filed for divorce in December 2025 after 12 years of marriage. Known to millions online now as Kristy Sarah, she cited alleged infidelity as the reason for the split, stating in court documents that there was no chance of reconciliation. The filing also noted that the couple would soon stop living together as husband and wife.
For many fans, the timing of Desmond’s public display raised eyebrows. While Kristy has remained silent, the footage added fuel to a narrative already taking shape around the breakup.
Court documents reveal that Kristy requested her surname be restored to her maiden name, Small. She also addressed the future of their two sons, Vance and Westin, stating that she and Desmond planned to enter a written agreement regarding custody, access, and support.
