Dr. Cheyenne Bryant has publicly expressed her concern for Jasmine Brown following Cam Newton’s public admission of infidelity.
While appearing on the Breakfast Club, Dr. Cheyenne Bryant expressed her disappointment with Cam Newton and his recent admission of infidelity involving his girlfriend, Jasmin Brown.
Former NFL quarterback Cam Newton shocked everyone when he confessed to engaging in sexual activities outside of his relationship with his current girlfriend, comedian Jasmin Brown. During a conversation with comedian Corey Holcomb, Newton candidly revealed that Brown isn’t the only woman he’s had intimate relations with throughout their relationship.
As conversations around Jasmin Brown and Cam Newton continue to unfold, Dr. Bryant called Newton “embarrassing” for making a private situation public.
On Monday, November 11, ‘The Breakfast Club’ released an interview with Dr. Bryant about the possibility of a follow-up conversation with Newton to dive deeper into his stance on romance and marriage.
Earlier in August, Cam Newton and Dr. Bryant’s interview went viral after Newton revealed his non-interest in marriage and desire to have more children despite having eight kids with three different women.
While speaking with the Breakfastclub, Dr. Bryant highlighted the visible strain on Jasmin and the challenges of dealing with public disrespect in a relationship. “This man is disrespecting you … He’s not only doing it privately but publicly,” Dr. Bryant said. “He’s not even allowing it to be pillow talk … Like you have no respect at all for this woman. You’re sleeping with other women on your platform to make this woman feel how?”
She also disclosed that she hadn’t arranged another meeting with Newton. Nevertheless, she expressed a desire to talk with Jasmin Brown.
“I would love to have a conversation with Jaz, even if it’s a private session,” Dr. Bryant explained. “I think that she needs tools on how to be in this relationship if she’s gonna stay. And if she chooses to leave, she needs tools on how to also pivot that.”
Dr. Bryant acknowledged the complexity of Jasmin’s situation, particularly as a mother, and the potential emotional and logistical hurdles involved in making any decision. “I think Jaz got herself into something, one, she didn’t understand … and I think she would love to backpedal if she could,” Dr. Bryant added. “But where do you go from here? You have a child.”
In the end, Dr. Bryant expressed her belief that Newton lacks respect for Brown and has caused several broken “homes.”
Will Jasmin Brown take up Dr. Bryant’s session offer?
