Rapper Sexyy Red has revealed that she recently underwent a third breast augmentation surgery, sharing the news and the hefty price tag with her fans.
Taking to social media, the 26-year-old starlet gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her journey, from pre-op hospital selfies to post-op updates that showed off her newly enhanced chest.
In June, Sexyy had her first augmentation just a few months after welcoming her second child. However, in the seven months that followed, it seems she experienced a decrease in volume, as she expressed on X on Wednesday, January 8, “I’m back lil chest I’m sad.”
Just one day later, she shared that she was going to do something about it.
On January 9, Sexyy Red posted an image of herself pre-operation, including a selfie that showed her dressed in a hospital gown.
“Didn’t want small no more, I’m going back big,” she wrote, hinting at her decision to upsize.
The choice wasn’t merely about looking good—Sexyy Red has shared that she decided to have this surgery to help with the back pain she experienced due to her natural size. It’s also a way for her to feel more comfortable and confident in her clothes.
After the procedure, Sexyy Red couldn’t contain her excitement, thanking her doctor on Instagram Stories.
“I’m back double D’d up bthc fwm,” she wrote. In a second slide, she added: “My chest looks soooo much better. Thank you sooooo much, @drghersi, you literally dat [ninja and handshake emojis].”
On January 10, she shared another update with her followers, showing off her recovery bra under a striped plunging top. She captioned the video: “Y’all some haters. 30K on boobs top notch.”
Even after her recent surgery, Sexyy Red is already bouncing back and getting back to what she loves. She’s set to hit the stage at Mr. Jones nightclub in Miami this weekend, showcasing her commitment to her music and fans.
In December 2023, Nicki Minaj disclosed that she underwent a breast reduction following her appearance at the previous year’s Met Gala in a gown that prominently showcased her cleavage. “I was aware even before we stepped out that my breasts were going to steal the spotlight,” Minaj stated in an interview with Vogue.
