A male escort allegedly involved in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking ring has filed a new lawsuit naming both Diddy and singer Cassie as defendants.

The escort, identified as Clayton Howard, accuses Cassie of giving him a sexually transmitted disease and undergoing an abortion without his knowledge, while continuing to have unprotected sex with him.

According to the complaint filed Monday and first reported by TMZ, Howard alleges he was hired by the pair under the alias “Dave” to take part in so-called “freak-offs” beginning in 2009. Over more than five years, he says he was flown across state lines to engage in increasingly abusive and exploitative sex acts at the direction of Diddy and Cassie.

Howard’s lawsuit outlines disturbing claims of coercion, drug use, and physical harm. He says Cassie pressured him to take MDMA (ecstasy) and participate in sexual encounters that led to long-term physical injuries, including skin peeling and permanent scarring.

He further describes their relationship as emotionally manipulative, alleging Cassie used her status and influence to exert control over him.

One of the most explosive allegations in the suit involves a pregnancy that Howard claims resulted from their sexual relationship. According to him, Cassie terminated the pregnancy without notifying him—then allegedly resumed unprotected sexual activity, which he says ultimately led to him contracting an STD.

Howard is seeking damages for emotional distress, physical injuries, medical costs, and loss of income. He also claims the couple violated federal trafficking laws by transporting him across state lines for prostitution and sexual exploitation.

Though he was not called to testify, Howard’s name surfaced during Diddy’s recent federal trial. Prosecutors identified him as one of several escorts allegedly paid to travel at Diddy’s expense.

Diddy was ultimately acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges but was convicted of transporting escorts across state lines in violation of the Mann Act. He remains in federal custody pending sentencing and faces up to 20 years in prison.

Attorneys for Cassie and Diddy have not publicly responded to the new lawsuit. Cassie has previously reached a confidential settlement with Diddy in a separate civil case alleging sexual assault and abuse.
