Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away just three short years after the death of her superstar mother, Whitney Houston. For Bobbi, she spent her entire life in the spotlight as both of her parents were international superstars, and both plagued with addiction. Their turbulent relationship was heavily publicized, and beyond being ‘Whitney and Bobby’s’ daughter, not much else was known about her. Even after her death, her passing was shrouded in mystery and internal fighting between her family members and her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.
TV One hopes to show viewers the real Bobbi, with their new film titled Bobbi Kristina.
Our story begins immediately after Whitney’s (played by Demetria McKinney) death and takes us into Krissi’s struggle to come to terms with her mother’s death and her own life. Even as she finds herself in an increasingly volatile relationship with Nick Gordon (played by Nadji Jeter), the young man with whom she grew up and ultimately fell in love with. Even as she endures the pain of a strained relationship with her father (played by Hassan Johnson) and aunt Patricia Houston (played by Vivica A. Fox). Even as she wages her own war with addiction and physical abuse.
