Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre are serving romance rumors on a silver platter again. And this time, the Internet is eating everything up. Their recent Instagram activity is definitely fueling the fire!
One sultry mirror selfie, one cryptic Insta story, and one not-so-subtle “A” keychain later, fans are convinced the soft launch is officially heating up.
The speculation about the Mufasa actor and the multi-hyphenate star has been bubbling for months. But things reached new spicy levels this week when Pierre casually dropped a thirst trap for the timeline, shirtless, toned, and playing Dexta Daps’ slow burner, “Owner.” Yes, you read that right. OWNER. The lyrics? All types of NSFW.
But wait, Teyana wasn’t about to let that slide.
Within minutes, she posted a colorful Insta story with a short but fiery message: “On di weyyyy 
.”
A breathless emoji. No location tag. No explanation. Just pure, unfiltered energy, and fans were living for it.
“She had Chris looking at her like she’s the only girl in the world, and then Mufasa told her to bring it to the owner. TEY IS JUST THAT GIRL,” one fan posted. Another added, “She going to get the Mario coins knocked out of her.

And then there’s that keychain.
Earlier this week, fans clocked Teyana rocking a chain belt with a bold, standout “A”—a clear nod (in many minds) to Mr. Aaron Pierre himself. Subtle? Not even close. Stylish? Absolutely. A confirmation? We’ll let y’all decide.
Of course, this isn’t the first time the two have been caught looking like more than just friends. Back in March, the pair lit up the 2025 Oscars and Vanity Fair afterparty, posing close and cozy in black-and-white fits. “Oscar night in black & white, no grey area,” Teyana captioned their flicks.
They were also seen in deep convo at the 2025 American Black Film Festival Honors, where Pierre was honored with the Rising Star award. She was glowing. He was locked in.
It’s worth noting that this all comes months after Teyana confirmed her split from ex-husband Iman Shumpert. While she initially tried to keep things quiet, she later accused Shumpert of leaking their divorce to the media. The former couple share two daughters, Junie (9) and Rue (4). While the co-parenting journey seems ongoing, Teyana looks peaceful and very booked.
