In the world of rap rivalries, Cardi B and JT aren’t holding back, going so far as to get personal and involve their partners.

The tension began with Cardi’s latest album, “Am I the Drama?”, which certainly lives up to its title, featuring some of the sharpest verses she’s delivered in recent years.

One of the most striking moments occurs in the song “Magnet,” where Cardi takes shots at JT, labeling her a fake friend and accusing her of seeking attention in the industry. The real kicker, however, is when Cardi goes after JT’s long-time boyfriend, Lil Uzi Vert, making jokes about his bold fashion choices and gender-fluid persona with the line, “My na cheat, but I don’t stick no dildos in his ass, b**.”

This line stirred quite the reaction online, and JT wasn’t going to let Cardi’s remarks slide without a response. She took to Twitter (X) and shared what she presented as evidence. JT uploaded a clip of an interview in which a man accused Cardi’s boyfriend, NFL player Stefon Diggs, of sexual assault. JT further escalated the drama with her tweet: “CARDI B BABY FATHER A GAY MAN!!!!!!!!!! Not because of how he dress or express his self but because CHRIS said it out of his mouth!!!! JUSTICE FOR CHRIS I stand with the gays!!!!!”

In true JT style, she didn’t stop there. She also took a jab at Cardi’s rap abilities, referring to her as a “non-rapping hoe” and ridiculing her lyrics. JT went on to defend Uzi, celebrating his hard work and influence while discussing his distinctive style: “Yes, my man does this! Mind his business, works hard, takes care of his family! Inspired his generation & doesn’t snatch ass! His style is what made him LIL UZI!!!!”

Fans are soaking up this feud like a hearty meal, with some choosing to side with Cardi, claiming she struck where it hurt in “Magnet.” Others are backing JT, admiring her for standing her ground and retaliating against Cardi’s insults. Then there are those just enjoying the chaos, sharing memes and questioning why rap conflicts often drag the men into the fray.
