Chrisean Rock has been sentenced to four years of probation after pleading guilty to charges of “possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp and possession with the intent to distribute,” according to Urban Islandz.
The probation time means she will avoid jail time, which attorney Ken Gallon said was appropriate considering Chrisean lacks a criminal record.
The Baltimore native was not present at Craig County District Court when the plea deal took place.
In addition to probation, the artist and reality star must complete 120 hours of community service at a homeless shelter and pay a fine of $991 to the District Attorney’s office. Her probation lasts in Oklahoma until March 2027.
Just days ago, Chrisean welcomed a son named Chrisean Malone to the world.
“1day old ….Heavensent you healthy and so handsome beyond grateful My baby boy so blessed thank you Jesus @chriseanmalone.jr,” she wrote in a caption alongside a photo of her newborn.
Just days after the child’s birth, she created an Instagram account for Chrisean Jr., which has amassed close to 1 million followers.
According to reports, Blueface has yet to meet his son and was partying with his ex during his son’s birth. He has since come out to condemn the mother of his child for creating an Instagram account for his son with a booking email for business inquiries in the page’s bio.
“Only following herself pops can’t get a follow lol this shit sad fr I can’t do none but laugh at this point,” he wrote on Instagram.
“What’s the baby booking rate?” he questioned on his Instagram story. “Gimme the baby booking rate I’ll pay whatever the booking rate is so he could meet his family.”
He further took to Twitter to state he does not like the child’s name, adding that Chrisean manipulated him into getting pregnant.
“Rock is not dumb she’s actually very smart,” he began. “She manipulated me to think she was all about me till she got in the right position to change the narrative[.] She did everything for attention[.] Let’s go over the facts I have 2 kids never was able to record the birth due to hospital rules.”
He continued: “She is manipulating all of us[.] Who puts jewelry on before they go into labor[.] She’s literally a actor that’s her real dream she took acting class all thru college[.] She’s dam near a professional she will get dolled up to go on live an cry whenever she was in the hot seat publicly.”
