Diddy’s three daughters, Chance(18) and twins D’Lila and Jessie(17), bolted from a Manhattan courtroom during a male escort’s graphic testimony about the mogul’s alleged sex parties. But in a chilling contrast, they remained stone-faced as prosecutors played the now-viral 2016 hotel footage showing Diddy violently attacking Cassie.
The Sean “Diddy” Combs trial is already proving to be intensely emotional, and yesterday’s testimony reportedly became too much for his daughters to bear.
D’Lila, Jessie, and Chance Combs were spotted leaving the courtroom during the graphic testimony of a male sex worker, Daniel Phillip.
According to reports, Chance and the twins left the Manhattan courtroom not once but twice while Phillip was on the stand. Both times, their departure coincided with his graphic accounts of alleged sexual encounters involving Diddy and Cassie Ventura. At one particularly disturbing point, Phillip recalled an instance where Combs allegedly masturbated in a corner while watching him engage in sexual activity with Cassie.
Daniel Phillip, the male escort, alleged that Cassie paid him to have sex with her while Combs watched and masturbated. He also testified that he witnessed Combs being violent towards Ventura.
Interestingly, while the daughters reportedly left during Phillip’s graphic testimony, they remained in the courtroom, along with Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs, as the now-infamous 2016 hotel security footage was played. This video allegedly shows Combs assaulting Ventura, shoving her to the ground and kicking her while she lay motionless. Diddy’s sons also reportedly stayed and watched the video.
Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, appeared in court wearing a gray sweater over a white collared shirt and khaki pants. He even blew a kiss to his family, who were there to support him.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson didn’t hold back during her opening statements, telling the jury that there was a “another side” to the Grammy-winning mogul – “a side that ran a criminal enterprise.” She alleged that his crimes spanned two decades and were orchestrated by a team that helped him undertake “kidnapping, arson, drugs, sex crimes.”
