They say what happens in the strip club stays in the strip club, but Gorgeous Doll is not staying quiet.

The influencer and ex-stripper, real name Country Hale, just filed a bombshell lawsuit against her former employer, the iconic Magic City in Atlanta. We’re talking about alleged sexual harassment, shady tip-sharing schemes, and a firing that she claims was pure retaliation.

This isn’t just a labor dispute. This is a behind-the-curtain look at the dark side of one of the most famous strip clubs in the game.

“I’m speaking up for myself because I know that something was done, and it was illegal,” Hale told Fox 5 Atlanta. And she’s not holding back.

According to the lawsuit, Hale danced at Magic City from September 2022 to September 2023. But instead of pocketing her hard-earned tips, she says she was forced to fork over chunks of her money every night. To who? The club’s DJ, security team, and a third-party promoter known as Baller.

We’re not talking about small change either. These alleged kickbacks ranged from $20 to $1,000 per night. “Baller wanted $500 per girl … he was leaving with $8,000 off of us,” Hale recalled of one particularly brutal shift. Her lawyer says this is a clear violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, which protects workers from having to share their tips with management or people who aren’t also tipped employees.

But the money wasn’t the only issue.

Hale claims she was also sexually harassed by a female manager at the club. The lawsuit doesn’t reveal the exact details, but what Hale does say is that once she reported the incident to Magic City’s owners, they swept it under the rug. And when she spoke up about her treatment, boom, she was fired. Coincidence? She doesn’t think so.

“There aren’t a lot of girls who speak out because they’re scared,” she said. “Instead of them being accountable for their actions, they would rather turn against the person accusing.”

Magic City’s attorney, Gary Freed, is denying everything. In a statement to Fox 5, he said the reason for Hale’s firing is “private” but had nothing to do with her going public. As for the sexual harassment claim, he says the club is looking into it, but he wouldn’t touch the income allegations.

“Magic City prides itself on treating its employees with dignity and respect,” he said. “We do not believe this ever happened.”

Still, the lawsuit is sparking conversations about how dancers are treated behind the velvet ropes and how often they’re expected to stay silent.
