Lori Harvey is still riding high following the high-profile breakup last year between her and Creed actor Michael B. Jordan. Within months of the split, she confirmed that she was dating Snowfall actor Damson Idris, although some now believe the two have broken up after what they thought was a short fling.

Harvey was quick to shut down the rumors after she posted pictures of her vacationing with her new boo in Turks and Caicos.

“Dump pt. 1” and “dump pt. 2” she captioned the series of photos, which shows her lounging beachside near blue waters while wearing a Christian Dior bathing suit. In one pic, Idris is seen with his arm wrapped around her neck while she snaps a selfie of them both looking in a mirror.

Newsweek also confirmed the rumors weren’t true after speaking with Idris’ publicist who stated that news of the couple breaking up was “completely false.”

“Damson and Lori are still going strong and very much together as a couple,” the publicist said.

Both parties haven’t spoken much about their relationship, although the latter told Complex in a recent interview that they both were doing “great.”

“With my private life today, with my relationship today, it’s great, life is great,” he joked.

And in a recent interview with E! News, which has since been taken down, Harvey said that she doesn’t allow the gossip about her to affect her. She simply lets it “roll off my shoulder.”

“Just remember that you’re the prize, always,” she recalls her father Steve Harvey telling her. “It means not compromising my value, my happiness, my peace, not settling for less than I deserve and walking away from a situation that no longer serves me.”

In an exclusive interview in Essence’s Black Love issue, the magazine’s January/February cover star opened up about her life, love and burgeoning career.

“This moment is about me,” Harvey told the publication. “I feel like it’s always been [about] me attached to something or someone. This time, it’s about me. Self-love, self-care, self-reflection. I’m being a little selfish right now. It’s my time.”
