The drama between Cardi B and Offset just included their son, Wave, and it’s all thanks to Stefon Diggs’ haircut. Offset is now allegedly threatening Cardi B over their son Wave’s hairstyle, claiming it looks exactly like Stefon Diggs’ ‘do!
This is a full-blown hair feud, and the internet is buzzing!
The whole thing blew up after a viral post made the rounds, suggesting that Cardi B and Offset’s 3-year-old son, Wave, was rocking the “same hairstyle as mommy’s ‘new friend’ #StefonDiggs.”
And Offset, 33, did not take it lightly. In a now-deleted X (formerly Twitter) post, he unleashed a chilling message: “Now when somebody die for playing with my son, then call me the crash out”!
He then added, a few minutes later, “Idc how I look trolling wit my kid ends bad.”
The Migos member didn’t stop there. He has since deactivated both his X and Instagram accounts, and his representatives haven’t even responded to requests for comment.
Here’s the twist: Wave has been sporting his hairstyle since at least April. However, Stefon Diggs, 31, only just debuted his similar look on Monday while working out with his New England Patriots teammates. This timing, combined with the fact that Cardi B’s hairstylist is now styling Diggs and has been linked to the rapper since October 2024 (just three months after she filed for divorce from Offset while pregnant with their third child), seems to be the trigger for Offset’s outrage.
Cardi, 32, and Diggs recently confirmed their romance with a super PDA-packed date night at an NBA game last month. She then took it a step further, making their “raunchy” relationship Instagram-official over the weekend. This, as we all know, already sparked a petty exchange between Offset and Diggs themselves.
Remember Offset’s deleted X post, “Good roll out n PR,” with the video of a man throwing a basketball out of frame? And Diggs’s iconic clapback with an Instagram photo of himself catching a football, subtly implying, “We good over here, I caught her”? Yeah, that!
But the drama doesn’t end there. Just two days before Cardi uploaded her “Instagram official” carousel, she publicly accused Offset of being an absentee father. Taking to X Spaces, the fellow rapper, who shares Wave, as well as daughters Kulture, 6, and Blossom, 8 months, with Offset, claimed he “has seen Blossom only, like, five times.” She added, “I have been trying to save your face … I said you can see my kids in my house. I want my daughter to feel the love of her dad. He hasn’t seen his kids since March”. Cardi even further claimed that Offset, who, let’s not forget, is still requesting spousal support, “left [her] with the kids’ bills” for “a whole year straight.”
