After filing for divorce from Rachel Lindsay, Bryan Abasolo reportedly turned down the Bachelorette star’s suggested $9,882 monthly spousal support.

There was no prenup, so they have been navigating the legal paperwork to make their split official.

The drama surrounding Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay and her estranged husband Bryan Abasolo continues. Abasolo asserts that he “needs more” than the $10,000 monthly spousal support currently being offered during their ongoing divorce.

In May, Bryan Abasolo filed for financial support from Rachel Lindsay, asking for emergency spousal support and requesting that Lindsay pay at least $75,000 for his legal fees.

Lindsay, according to Abasolo, is using their joint funds to pay for her legal and other divorce-related expenses while refusing to allow him to do the same. The chiropractor also claims Lindsay uses joint funds to pay personal expenses unrelated to the divorce.

Rachel and her legal team responded to the request with their own terms: Bryan should receive a maximum of $9,882 monthly in spousal support.

According to court documents, Rachel makes $61,019 per month. Meanwhile, Bryan claimed that his monthly salary as a chiropractor was only around $1,600.

However, Rachel allegedly did not believe Bryan’s claims, arguing that he makes more money; after all, he drives a Porsche worth $50,000.

Rachel also claimed Bryan stopped paying his share of household expenses during the divorce.

However, in court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, Bryan stated that the $10,000 will not cover his expenses, which are ‘draining’ the money in his bank account.

Abasolo argued that he put his “career as a chiropractor on hold to move twice for Rachel’s career,” including relocating to Los Angeles so she could explore an entertainment career.

He also claimed that the $10,000 per month in spousal support does not cover the cost of living during their marriage.

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo split on December 31, 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation.
