Donald Trump cannot help himself. While he continues to ignore the violence being committed by White Supremacists and other alt-right hate groups, he always has time to hop on Twitter and attack Black celebrities.
Last night (February 18th) Oprah Winfrey moderated a debate on the CBS show, 60 Minutes. The voter focus group consisted of 14 voters from Michigan (half of whom voted for Trump) debated the current political climate and of course, the Trump administration. She had first sat down with the group last Summer during Trumpβs first year in the White House.
We all know that Trump cannot take any criticism. He hopped on Twitter, calling her βinsecureβ and urging her to run so that she can be βexposed.β
Not very nice words from the president. Check out the tweet below.
Just watched a very insecure Oprah Winfrey, who at one point I knew very well, interview a panel of people on 60 Minutes. The questions were biased and slanted, the facts incorrect. Hope Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others!

Winfrey has denied the rumors that she will be running in 2020.
βIβve always felt very secure and confident with myself in knowing what I could do and what I could not. And so itβs not something that interests me,β she told InStyle. βI donβt have the DNA for it.β
Itβs unlikely that she will be responding to the presidentβs threats, saying:
βI try not to lean into the hysteria. Iβve heard a lot of Twitter chatter where people have said, βWhere are you? You should be speaking up on these things!β But it makes no sense to speak when you cannot be heardβ¦ One hundred and forty charactersβthat is not how you want to make your mark in the world.β

Trump habitually attacks African Americans, especially those who use their voice to speak about against injustice. We will not be silenced.β Kristen Clarke (@KristenClarkeJD) February 19, 2018
