On Aug. 15, 2025, Martínez, a rising social media figure with more than 30,000 TikTok followers, was livestreaming from her Tesla in Los Angeles when ICE agents surrounded her vehicle.
Known for exposing ICE raids and posting content critical of immigration enforcement, Martínez repeatedly told officers she would not resist. Despite this, video shows agents forcibly pulling her from the car and pushing her to the ground.
Witnesses say the emotional intensity of the encounter caused Martínez to faint. She was taken by ambulance to a hospital before being transferred to an ICE detention facility. Her current location remains unknown.
