A brewing feud between Nicki Minaj’s loyal fanbase and Beyoncé’s dedicated followers has reached a fever pitch after a now-deleted tweet from Nicki Minaj called an anonymous person a “Robot on timing.”

While Minaj did not name anyone specifically, fans speculated that the comment was directed at Beyoncé, given recent tensions between the two superstars’ families.

The controversy stems from Minaj’s alleged fallout with Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-Z, over the selection of headliners for the Super Bowl halftime show.

Nicki Minaj has been very vocal about her displeasure that Jay-Z, who has a significant role in curating the lineup for the show, chose Kendrick Lamar over her former record label boss, Lil Wayne, as the main act for the event’s stop in New Orleans, Lil Wayne’s hometown.

Ever since, the Trinidadian rapper has been on a roll, dragging Jay Z all over social media, including accusing him of not paying her part in their Tidal deal and calling him Diddy’s best friend.

Nicki claimed she is being used to direct attention from Jay’s “BFF” Diddy and his legal issues.

Apparently, the “Robot” tweet was a subtle jab at Beyoncé for her silence despite her husband’s recent parade in the headlines.

“Robot on timing,” Minaj wrote in a since-deleted post.

Remember that earlier fans claimed there was more than meets the eye to Beyoncé’s posts, mainly as they have observed a frequency whenever her husband is on the wrong side of the media.

This perceived shade has sparked a social media frenzy, with the Barbz and the Beyhive tearing each other apart. Fans of Nicki Minaj have defended her, claiming that the tweet was taken out of context and could have been directed at anyone. Beyoncé’s Beyhive, on the other hand, has taken the perceived insult seriously, launching a barrage of online criticism at Minaj.

Eventually, Nicki Minaj responded to the backlash, denying any involvement in a supposed slur directed at Beyoncé.
