“Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” actress Janet Hubert has shared her theory on the tragic Alec Baldwin shooting — she believes he could have been a setup by loyal Trump supporters.
“Am I crazy, but my first thought was Baldwin was given this gun on purpose from someone to get back at him for his Trump impersonations?” she tweeted. “I have never seen prop guns sitting out on set EVERAstonished face Then to photograph his pain and give it to the press! Hmmmm, so very heartless, TRUMPERS?
Baldwin fatally shot and badly injured two crew members after firing a prop firearm on the set of the movie “Rust” in New Mexico. One of the crew members died.
A police investigation is currently underway as they try to determine who loaded the gun. Criminal charges could soon follow.
“We haven’t ruled out anything,” the district attorney, Mary Carmack-Altwies, told The New York Times. “Everything at this point, including criminal charges, is on the table.”
Last week, Trump loyalist Candace Owens called the shooting “poetic justice.”
“Alec Baldwin spent 4 years dedicated to painting Donald Trump and his supporters as evil murderers,” Owens tweeted, referring to Baldwin’s popular “Saturday Night Live” skits as the former president. “What has happened to Alec would be an example of poetic Justice if it weren’t for the actual innocent people that were murdered by him. Pray for their families, so sad.”
Owens quicky corrected the tweet “to say that “Alec Baldwin killed someone— not murdered someone, as murder carries a different legal definition.”
After being ripped on social media by Baldwin’s model daughter, Ireland Baldwin, Owens responded: “Ireland Baldwin is in my DMs because I don’t feel bad for her psychopathic father. Feel bad for the victim, not Alec. He has always been a predator in Hollywood who was given a pass.”
