On Day 3 of the federal sex trafficking trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs, explosive new testimony from Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura painted a harrowing picture of prolonged physical and sexual abuse, including disturbing details of how the alleged trauma severely affected her health.
In emotional and graphic detail, Cassie told jurors that she frequently took opiates to recover from what Combs called “freak offs” — sex parties allegedly orchestrated and coerced by the music mogul. She described these encounters as leaving her numb, in pain, and often violently ill.
“I got UTIs so frequently the antibiotics stopped working,” she said. “Sex burned. I had painful mouth sores from constant oral sex.”
Her testimony marked one of the most chilling moments in the trial so far, offering a window into the toll she says Combs’ abuse took on her physical body and mental state.

Cassie also accused Combs of physically assaulting her during these sexual encounters, sometimes in front of others. She cited one incident involving a man known only as “Jules,” who witnessed the violence and later asked if she was okay. These events allegedly occurred in multiple cities, including New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.
“There were too many times,” she said, choking back tears.
She also recounted separate instances of alleged physical violence, including being slammed into a bedframe before a music festival hosted by rapper Drake. A photo of her bruised and swollen eye was shown in court to support her testimony.
Another incident took place at the Cannes Film Festival, where Cassie said Combs threw her off his yacht and confiscated her passport, effectively trapping her. Nevertheless, she appeared on the red carpet later that evening.
These allegations come as prosecutors aim to establish a pattern of manipulation, coercion, and abuse central to their case against Combs, who has denied all wrongdoing.
Cassie, once a rising pop star and Combs’ longtime partner, filed a civil lawsuit in 2023 that was later settled, but she is now a key witness in the federal case.
The defense will begin cross-examining Cassie in the coming days.
