A TikTok user is sparking conversation after sharing a jaw-dropping story about how she allegedly lost her job while working at a popular restaurant and lounge. In her now-viral “storytime” video, the former server claimed the drama started after she was asked to stay late and cover a table for the owner’s wife and her friends.

According to her, the night went downhill fast.

The server explained that, although her shift had technically ended at 2:30 a.m., management had instructed her to stay and assist with the table. Things got awkward when the group didn’t want her to serve them, leaving her confused and frustrated. Later, she says the owner’s wife called her back over when one of the friends began handing out money. The TikToker claims she initially declined but eventually accepted a $100 tip from a man at the table, who apologized for being “intoxicated and out of line” earlier in the night.

But the vibe shifted. The worker said she overheard the owner’s wife allegedly making a nasty comment about her and another server, reportedly calling them “disgusting.” That’s when she decided enough was enough. After a heated back-and-forth with management outside, she says the owner’s wife, who had been drinking, confronted her directly.

The TikToker recalls the woman accusing her of “rolling her eyes” and “shrugging her shoulders.” When she stood her ground, the owner’s wife allegedly snapped, told her to “shut up,” and then fired her on the spot.

By the next morning, the worker claims she woke up to a group chat message from the owner’s wife enforcing new rules about employees staying overnight, something she says felt like a personal power trip. That’s when she made an even bigger accusation that the wife doesn’t like Black women working in their restaurants at all.

“She already does not like Black women,” the TikToker said in her video. “Any Black woman who gets hired at Pasha, Perra, or Adana Kitchen, she automatically sees them as a threat. She doesn’t hug us, she doesn’t speak to us. She just watches us like wolves.”

The restaurants named are trendy nightlife spots often frequented by influencers and young professionals, which makes the allegations even more explosive. As of now, the owners haven’t publicly responded to the claims.
