Beyoncé and Jay-Z kept the celebration going with one of the most exclusive after-parties of the night after making a major return to the Met Gala spotlight. And, according to guests and online reactions, it was exactly the place everybody wanted to be.
The couple hosted their invite-only SirDavis x Gold Party at Crane Club’s Members Lounge in New York City after fashion’s biggest night wrapped on Monday. While celebrities flowed through Manhattan for different post-gala events, the Carters’ gathering quickly became the most talked-about destination of the evening.
According to Page Six, guests arrived through a completely blocked-off entrance designed to shield partygoers from paparazzi cameras. A constructed tunnel outside the venue reportedly concealed celebrities as they entered the lounge, keeping the event as private as possible despite the intense curiosity surrounding it.
Inside, the celebration reportedly stretched deep into the night, with attendees leaving around 4 a.m. local time. The atmosphere matched the luxury attached to both the Met Gala and Beyoncé’s whiskey brand, SirDavis, which sponsored the event.

Music executive Lenny Santiago offered fans one of the only glimpses into the party when he shared a short Instagram Story clip walking through the entrance tunnel. The video featured a black carpet leading toward walls branded with the SirDavis logo while Beyoncé’s 2011 hit “Party” played in the background, hinting at the energy waiting inside.

The guest list reflected the level of exclusivity attached to the night. Teyana Taylor, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Mick Jagger were all spotted arriving at the venue. Serena Williams also attended the celebration, along with Bozoma Saint John.

Social media posts also captured moments involving Ayo Edebiri, Coco Jones, and Jacob Aaron enjoying the night together, adding even more star power to the already stacked room.

One guest many fans expected to see, however, was noticeably absent. Blue Ivy Carter, who made headlines earlier in the evening during her Met Gala debut, did not attend the late-night function. Given that the teenager is just 14 years old, the after-hours celebration reportedly continued well beyond her curfew.
Before the party even started, Rihanna had already hinted that Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s gathering would be the main event of the night. While speaking on the red carpet, she told Complex, “There’s only one after party,” confirming that she and A$AP Rocky planned to attend.
By the end of the night, it was clear Beyoncé and Jay-Z had fully reclaimed their place at the center of Met Gala culture, not just on the carpet, but long after the cameras stopped flashing.
