Flo Milli isn’t letting pregnancy slow her down, even at nine months. She took the stage in San Diego this week for what she’s calling her “last show before motherhood,” defying her doctor’s advice and proving she’s still the “HBIC” of hip-hop.

With her baby bump on full display, Flo Milli commanded the stage in a curve-hugging ensemble, rapping hits like “Never Lose Me” to a roaring crowd. Despite being days away from her due date, the 24-year-old star showed zero signs of slowing down, twerking, hyping fans, and even joking mid-set: “Y’all better pray I don’t go into labor right now!”

In Instagram footage from the show, the Alabama-born artist captioned the moment: “Just did my last show 9 months pregnant. Even tho my Doc told me not to go, I’m glad I still went. San Diego State was lit.”

The Alabama-born rapper shared footage of the electrified crowd, hyping up her followers while also playfully asking for labor tips. “Girlies drop some Mom tips b4 I go into labor :),” she wrote on her official Instagram page.

Rumors about Flo Milli’s pregnancy emerged in late 2024 after she released a collection of ambiguous videos and images suggesting the announcement. On November 26, she appeared to validate fans’ speculations by posting a teaser video for her forthcoming track, “I’m In Luv (Wit a Stripper),” which showed her dancing with an unidentified man.

Days later, she officially announced that she was expecting her first child, taking to X (formerly Twitter) to write, “Flo mommy s—.” She then added a humorous yet relatable update, “I can’t even see my coochie no more. That’s crazy.” She released a gorgeous collection of maternity pictures along with the announcement, confidently showing off her baby bump while wearing a white crop top and orange shorts.

Flo Milli made waves in December with her pregnancy during a high-energy concert in L.A. Fellow rapper Latto surprised everyone by bringing Flo Milli and Teezo Touchdown to the stage. The crowd went wild as the soon-to-be mom lit up the night with an electrifying performance of her hit track “Never Lose Me.”

While it’s unclear when exactly Flo Milli will welcome her little one, she’s embracing motherhood with the same fearless energy and confidence that defines her music career.
