Kandi Burruss is opening up new details about her divorce from Todd Tucker, revealing claims that he has been living rent-free in her Atlanta guest house since their separation in November 2025.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kandi says the property belongs solely to her and was purchased before their marriage. She adds that Todd has not contributed to any expenses associated with the home, including utilities, gas, water, lawn care, pest control, and the alarm system.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is also raising concerns about financial support for their two children, Ace and Blaze Tucker. Kandi claims that although Todd presents himself as an active parent on social media, he has not contributed to tuition, school supplies, or child support. Despite his public appearances with the kids, Kandi says the financial responsibility for their daily needs, medical bills, birthday parties, extracurricular activities, and childcare has fallen entirely on her.
Court documents show that Kandi is requesting a formal order to address child support, split expenses, and a structured parenting schedule. She points out that Todd, who works as a self-employed entrepreneur, has the means to help cover these costs, yet she says he has not contributed to the mortgage or household expenses during the divorce proceedings.
So far, Todd Tucker has not responded publicly to Kandi Burruss’s claims. On social media, he recently shared posts celebrating their son Ace’s basketball achievements, highlighting moments from the team’s championship win and tagging his son as he posed on the court.
Kandi Burruss had previously criticized Todd Tucker for his lack of support, filing court documents in January to set a hearing on parenting time and child support. The latest filings underscore ongoing tensions as she seeks formal agreements to ensure financial responsibilities are shared and parenting schedules are clearly defined.
