After a five-year hiatus, Playboy magazine is boldly returning to print, and who better to grace its cover than Lori Harvey? The socialite and rising style icon has been announced as the face of the highly anticipated reimagined Playboy magazine, hitting Barnes & Noble newsstands nationwide on February 10, 2025.
This comeback issue promises to blend Playboy’s legendary allure with a modern twist, creating a publication that speaks to today’s cultural pulse. With a mix of cutting-edge content, compelling interviews, and stunning visuals, the new edition aims to reignite the legacy that once made Playboy a cultural phenomenon.
In an exclusive feature and interview conducted by Playboy’s Editor-in-Chief, Mike Guy, Lori Harvey opens up like never before. Known for her poise, impeccable style, and ability to captivate audiences, Lori discusses her journey, flourishing career, and role as a modern cultural icon.
Since its inception in 1953 by Hugh Hefner, Playboy’s Spring 2020 issue marked the final print release, as the shift to a solely digital format was prompted by the COVID-19 crisis. In 2024, it was revealed that the print publication would be making a comeback on an annual basis. The forthcoming February issue is planned to be launched at an event and celebration during Super Bowl Weekend in New Orleans.
Alongside Harvey’s feature, this issue features an open and thought-provoking interview with comedian and actress Nikki Glaser. Recognized for her bold humor and quick wit, Glaser discusses her journey to fame, her candid attitude toward life, and the experiences that have influenced her comedic talent.
The cover arrives a year after Harvey first graced the cover of *Sports Illustrated* in February 2024, where she showcased her own Yevrah Swimwear Collection for the alluring beach photographs.
Both Harvey and Playboy announced the news on their social media accounts on Thursday, January 23, sharing a behind-the-scenes video from Harvey’s cover shoot.
In one part of the clip, the beauty is shown in a backless dress, and in another scene, she sports a low-cut, sequin bodysuit and feathered boots while leaning on a car with “Playboy” written across the license plate.
