Moon’s connection to the music of Alicia Keys runs deep.
“I’ve been listening to Alicia since before I was born,” she joked on Fallon’s show. Her father even played Keys’ music through headphones placed on her mother’s baby bump, making her involvement in Hell’s Kitchen feel like destiny.
Alicia Keys, who also appeared on The Tonight Show, praised Moon’s exceptional talent, calling her “captivating” and noting her unique ability to embody the energy and authenticity of New York City.

Her journey has also come full circle. Moon fondly recalled attending Waitress years ago, where she was too shy to ask for a photo with Shoshana Bean, one of her idols. Now, she shares the stage with Bean, who plays Jersey in Hell’s Kitchen.
