The gloves are off in a heated legal battle between reality star Draya Michele and her ex, NFL quarterback Tyrod Taylor, over the $3 million Los Angeles home he once bought for her.

The drama recently escalated to new heights, with reports of the sheriff being called to force an eviction—leaving fans and followers buzzing about the messy breakup fallout.

During their almost three-year romance, Tyrod Taylor and Draya were once the epitome of relationship goals. Tyrod even went the extra mile to purchase a luxury L.A. home for Draya and her family, with an understanding that she would eventually buy it from him, according to Draya.

The arrangement seemed ideal until the relationship hit the rocks.
After their split, Draya moved on with her new beau, basketball player Jalen Green, leaving Tyrod seemingly reconsidering their previous agreement.

Now, he’s attempting to evict Draya from the home, and the feud has turned legal.

The situation reached a boiling point when Draya received a frantic call from her nanny while on a business trip.
As per court files acquired by In Touch, Draya disclosed that police visited her residence in Chatsworth, California, on November 20, which was roughly one week prior to Thanksgiving.

The nanny reportedly informed her that the Sheriff’s Department had arrived, demanding everyone vacate the premises immediately. Draya supposedly recounted receiving an “alarming phone call from her children’s nanny while she was away on a business, and that the sheriffs were at the subject property to lock the occupants out of the subject property.”

Caught off guard, she allegedly called her lawyer to intervene and de-escalate the situation.

According to court documents, Tyrod’s company filed an eviction lawsuit against Draya, leading to a default judgment in his favor. Draya, however, claims she was never properly served with the notice. Tyrod insists that the documents were sent by mail, shifting the blame to her for missing the correspondence.

As it stands, Draya is allowed to stay in the home—for now—but the legal battle is far from over.

Stay tuned for updates on this jaw-dropping feud between sour love, property, and legalities!
