Legendary singer Toni Braxton recently set the internet ablaze with a daring, almost nude photo, sparking a heated debate among fans and critics.
The seductive photo she posted to Instagram displays the 56-year-old artist’s fantastic physique in a delicate lace lingerie bottom.
This isn’t the first time Braxton has displayed her amazing body online. Toni Braxton bared it all to kick off her 56 birthday when she posted a sultry photo of herself in a silky black robe that fell from her back and shoulders.
The Grammy-winning artist also showed a little leg as she covered her left breast with part of the robe’s sleeve.
The legendary R&B singer Toni Michelle Braxton has sold over 70 million records worldwide. In the late 1980s, Braxton made her stage debut as part of her family group, “The Braxtons,” which was signed to Arista Records.
Despite her talent, Braxton hasn’t always had luck dating men. Even though Toni Braxton doesn’t have as long of a dating history as most, she has been linked to or had relationships with several celebrities, including Eddie Murphy and Birdman.
Braxton reportedly dated several men before becoming engaged to Birdman, including Bryant Reid, Shemar Moore, Eddie Murphy, Frankie Beverly, and Curtis Martin.
In 2020, Toni Braxton was charged with paying her ex-husband Kerri Lewis $53,490 under false pretenses to avoid repaying creditors.
According to the trustee of the singer’s bankruptcy estate, the famous singer allegedly gave Lewis the money that was “earmarked” to pay back creditors.
Toni Braxton first declared bankruptcy in 1998 and again in October 2010. Her debts were between $10 and $50 million. In the same year, she received a $396K tax lien.
Braxton has already received backlash for her style choices on previous occasions.
“Not ok at any age,” a fan wrote.
Another added, “While she looks great, she’s getting too old to be doing these things.”
Others felt Braxton looked great and shouldn’t be boxed from sharing her life.
