The self-proclaimed Puerto Rican Princess has gotten herself in a muddy situation.
A new police report released to the media confirms that Love & Hip Hop star Joseline Hernandez has a warrant out for her arrest after she got into a physical confrontation with Big Lex, a former contestant on her Zeus Network show Joseline’s Cabaret, earlier this year.
Florida prosecutors have filed numerous charges against the 36-year-old mother of one, including felony resisting officers with violence, felony battery on a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor battery causing bodily harm and misdemeanor trespassing.
The police report also reveals that Hernandez ignored police orders to leave the premises following the altercation.
“In an attempt to calm down the defendant, Victim (1) [redacted name] shouted to her, ‘Please calm down,’” the report reads. “The defendant began to verbally assault the victim (w) before throwing a cell phone at him, which struck him in the head. Officers then took the defendant into custody.”
Furthermore, Hernandez resisted arrest, kicked officers and yelled racial slurs, according to the report. She also refused to provide her identification once inside the patrol vehicle.
In June, Shine My Crown reported that the reality star was arrested and charged with trespassing and battery after she was involved in a fight at a Floyd Mayweather vs. John Gotti III exhibition fight in Florida.
According to a TMZ report, the former Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta castmate got into a fisticuffs with reality star Big Lex.
In the video, Hernandez is seen wearing a light blue outfit when she attacks Lex while holding her in a headlock. The women were then separated but Hernandez began punching other people at the venue. One woman then threw a drink at Hernandez and was eventually chased out of the building.
She was later arrested, charged and detained at a nearby jail.
