The internet is dragging Yung Miami after her questionable social media reaction to Diddy’s split verdict, and the clapback is brutal. While most of Hollywood stayed silent, the City Girls rapper decided 11:11 was the perfect time to post, including heart emojis.
The Diddy trial may have ended with a mixed verdict, but the internet is still on fire, and now, Yung Miami just added fuel to it.
After Sean “Diddy” Combs was acquitted of the most serious federal charges, sex trafficking and racketeering, but convicted on two counts of transporting people across state lines for sex work, fans started watching celebrity reactions like hawks.
On the day the verdict dropped, Yung Miami—real name Caresha Brownlee—posted a now-deleted Instagram story featuring a video of Justin Bieber doing a finger clap. Subtle? Maybe. Then, she tweeted “11:11” (with four heart emojis) around the same time the verdict went viral.
“Girl, read the room,” one user snapped. “This is why your career is over and no one’s checking for you,” another added. And one particularly harsh comment read, “You’re actually such a loser it’s insane.”
The backlash came quickly, with fans interpreting her post-and-delete moment as a subtle celebration of Diddy’s victory in beating the most damning charges. Given their romantic history, from 2021 to 2023, the assumption wasn’t wild. Though they broke up last year, Yung Miami publicly defended him when the first allegations hit, standing by him even as others distanced themselves.

Though Diddy has avoided convictions for sex trafficking, the jury still found him guilty under the federal Mann Act, confirming that he transported women (and male sex workers) across state lines for sexual activity. That’s a felony. And he could face up to 20 years in prison for it.
Despite that, Yung Miami seems to be one of the few celebrity voices signaling support, however cryptically.

Compare that to 50 Cent’s reaction, who didn’t hold back at all. He mocked Diddy’s acquittal on racketeering, calling him the “gay John Gotti” and continuing his long-running feud with the Bad Boy mogul.
Inside the courtroom, the vibe was far from celebratory. After the “not guilty” verdicts were read, someone reportedly shouted “Yeah!” as Diddy pumped his fist and hugged his defense attorney. He bowed his head in prayer and told his family, “I’ll be home soon. I love you.”
Meanwhile, Judge Arun Subramanian held off on granting bail immediately and instructed both legal teams to submit letters in support of their positions.
