Nicki Minaj is trending at #1 in the US after she went live and played about 3-4 lines of her incoming project. And that alone ended a well-articulated song whose release was announced a week ago? Wow!
Nicki Minaj slammed Megan Thee Stallion, previewing a diss track, seemingly in response to a jab from Thee Stallion’s new single.
Megan Thee Stallion struck back at her haters on her new single, Hiss.
Apparently, the track marks a new era after she had shed the skin of the past in Cobra last November.
The Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree opened 2024 with another snake-themed single packed with her thoughts about people who have offended her, including Nicki Minaj.
“These hoes don’t be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan’s Law,” Megan rapped on the new track.
Fortunately or Unfortunately, many took that line as a shot at Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty, a known sex offender.
Note that “Megan’s Law” instructs authorities to make information available to the public regarding registered sex offenders.
And it seems it wasn’t only the fans who caught on the sneak diss.
Nicki Minaj appears to be firing back at Megan Thee Stallion with heat.
The PinkFriday hitmaker mocked her Hot Girl Summer collaborator’s rapping skills and accused her of lying about having liposuction.
No names (as usual), but the shots eerily fit Megan’s description.
“Bad b**ch she likes 6 foot, I call her big foot/the b**ch fell off, I said get up on your good foot,” Minaj seemingly referenced the Tory Lanez shooting.
Going off camera, she added, “First you got to find the beat! You gotta catch the beat! And until you catch that beat, you will be running on your good foot for the rest of your sorry days. You gone’ have to skip b**ch!”

Yooo… female rap would definitely be sooooo boring without Nicki Minaj!
