Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is facing a significant financial setback after a Georgia judge ordered her business to pay $87,000 to settle a dispute over her luxury hair salon.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the reality star’s company, Moore Vision Media, must pay two separate installments of $43,988 by late March 2026 to cover unpaid rent and utilities at the Kenya Moore Hair Spa. The ruling follows a legal battle with her landlord, Northland Chamblee LLC, which has been unfolding since the fall of 2025.
The conflict began in October 2025 when the landlord filed a lawsuit alleging that the hair spa stopped making rent payments in December 2024, shortly after the grand opening of the Atlanta-based business. The landlord claimed that Kenya’s company had fallen significantly behind on both the monthly lease and utility costs. While Moore Vision Media denied the allegations, the business argued that the landlord had failed to complete requested improvements to the property, which complicated their ability to operate as planned.
Despite these arguments, the court sided with the property owners, mandating a total payment of $87,976. In addition to the back-dated debt, the judge ordered Kenya’s company to continue paying approximately $5,500 in monthly rent for as long as the business remains in the space.
The legal pressure intensified just weeks after the judgment when the landlord claimed that Kenya failed to meet the first payment deadline in late February. Consequently, the property owners have now requested immediate possession of the premises, though the court has not yet ruled on whether Kenya will be officially evicted.
Since launching the Kenya Moore Hair Spa in 2024, the reality star has frequently highlighted the salon as a cornerstone of her Moore Hair Care empire. The sleek, modern facility was designed to be a physical destination for fans of her product line, but the ongoing litigation puts the future of the brick-and-mortar location in jeopardy.
As the March deadline approaches for the second half of the court-ordered payment, the reality star faces the challenge of settling the debt or risking the loss of her storefront entirely.
For now, the Atlanta mogul has not publicly addressed the specific details of the judgment or the landlord’s demand for the keys.
