ColorComm, Inc., the nation’s leading women’s business platform and professional community, will bring together nearly 600 executive leaders for its 10th Annual ColorComm Conference, taking place July 23–25, 2025, at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
The three-day retreat kicks off on Wednesday, July 23, with the prestigious ColorComm Circle Awards, where eight changemakers in business will be honored. In a historic first, men will be recognized at the awards ceremony and included as speakers and attendees, marking a major step forward in ColorComm’s mission to promote inclusion and collaboration across industries.
The conference will feature a mix of educational sessions, networking opportunities, and entertainment. One highlight is a Miami Vice-themed reception on the second evening. The event will conclude on Friday, July 25, with ColorComm’s Signature Luncheon, headlined by a notable figure in media. Past keynote speakers have included Arianna Huffington, Whoopi Goldberg, Gloria Steinem, Lisa Ling, and Bozoma Saint John.
“We are thrilled to welcome the ColorComm community back to Miami for this milestone year,” said ColorComm Founder and CEO Lauren Wesley Wilson. “This year’s theme, ‘Breaking New Ground,’ challenges attendees to rethink their roles and how they create change in their industries. In today’s rapidly shifting world, ColorComm is more important than ever for generating meaningful economic, social, and community impact.”
Returning to Miami after a 2024 conference in Los Angeles, this year’s event marks a full-circle moment for the organization that began with a single luncheon in Washington, D.C., in 2011. What started with 34 women gathering over a meal has since evolved into a powerhouse network of more than 100,000 professionals.
ColorComm now spans multiple initiatives, including the ColorComm Network, the Executive Conference, the NextGen Summit, the ColorComm Media Group, and Men of Color in Communications. With chapters in major cities across the U.S. and London, ColorComm continues to build spaces for professional growth, visibility, and leadership.
