Beverly Bond Talks ‘Black Girls Rock’ & Women’s History Month

Black Girls Rock founder Beverly Bond has just released her new book, ‘Black Girls Rock!: Owning Our Magic. Rocking Our Truth,’ which is out now in all bookstores both on and offline.

In the book, Bond interviewed everybody from Misty Copeland to Rihanna to Serena Williams about their experiences as a Black woman.

During the interview, Bond discusses the process of writing the book and the revolution of Black women becoming more vocal about their experiences.
