Kalenna Harper, a former Dirty Money member of Diddy’s girl group, recently unleashed a series of bombshell accusations against Cassie in a new interview while defending the music mogul.
As Sean “Diddy” Combs faces more lawsuits, one person remains by his side.
Kalenna Harper is one-third of the Bad Boy group Diddy-Dirty Money, including Sean “Diddy” Combs and Dawn Richard, a former Danity Kane member. In a new interview, the singer discusses her relationships with Diddy, Dawn, and Cassie, who she says “liked getting high” during her time on the label.
During the recent interview with BreakBeat Media, uploaded to YouTube on Wednesday, October 30, Kalenna stated that she has no issues with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Harper said she has always admired Diddy, calling him someone she has “always wanted to be like,” while calling Cassie, who sued Diddy for sexual abuse and was seen being assaulted by the mogul on camera, a naive woman who used drugs and had no problem handing out lap dances at parties.
“Love her to death. Naive. Liked getting high. She likes partying. I saw Cassie grow up from a little girl that was willing to, like, give everybody motherf**king, you know, lap dances, basically. You know, get drunk and just have a good, like, model time.”
Cassie filed a lawsuit against the Bad Boy founder in November 2023, alleging years of physical and sexual violence. Though Combs settled the lawsuit within 24 hours, Cassie’s bravery in speaking out inspired countless other lawsuits against Diddy to be filed.
Another lawsuit was filed by Dawn Richard, the third Dirty Money member, whom Harper claims she does not believe. When it came to Dawn, Kalenna did not mince words, calling her former groupmate a “weird bi**h.”
“I don’t f**k with Dawn like that,” Harper stated, before clarifying that she never saw Diddy abuse Richard as she had described in her own lawsuit against him.
“And I’m going to fking stand on business, I didn’t see any of that. What I saw was, ‘What the fk is going on with you, because you’re acting weird, you’re a weird bih,’ is what I see. And it’s a list of nias, where y’all at, talk about it. Dawn’s a weird motherf**ker, man!”
The Dirty Money alum’s comments have sparked widespread criticism from fans and industry insiders alike, with many viewing her remarks as unnecessarily bringing Cassie into the spotlight.
Cassie, who famously dated Diddy for nearly a decade before moving on with her current husband, Alex Fine, has not responded to Harper’s allegations.
