In exciting news for music fans, Lauryn Hill and The Fugees confirmed the continuation of their highly successful ‘Miseducation’ Anniversary Tour. The celebration continues with the addition of 21 new dates, allowing even more fans to experience Lauryn Hill’s iconic music and her legendary group.
Ms. Lauryn Hill isn’t yet finished celebrating the 25th anniversary of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. She and The Fugees will perform the album in a few cities across North America and internationally.
The ‘Miseducation’ Anniversary Tour marks the 25th anniversary of Lauryn Hill’s groundbreaking debut solo album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Hill’s album, which won five Grammy Awards and received critical acclaim, is renowned for its profound impact on the music industry and timeless appeal. The tour has been a triumphant reminder of Hill’s continuing influence and talent.
The new 21-city international tour dates, featuring YG Marley as a support act, begins on August 9 in Tampa. They will visit major cities such as Atlanta, Houston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, London, and Paris before concluding in Amsterdam on October 22.
The tour will include songs from The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, The Score, and more. The announcement came as promised after Ms. Hill rescheduled the second half of his 2023 tour.
“She pushed back “in order to prevent any long-term negative effect on my voice and my body,” adding, “I need to take time off to allow for real vocal recovery so that I can discontinue completely.”
Domestic tickets will be available through the Citi presale beginning June 25. Presales will also occur throughout the week before the general on-sale starts on Friday, June 28, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets for the European market go on sale on Wednesday.
VIP Packages, which may include premium tickets, a personalized photo op with Ms. Lauryn Hill and The Fugees, an autographed poster, and other items, will also be available for purchase through Ticketmaster.
