A woman who accused Trey Songz of sexual assault has claimed that the Love Faces star offered her $200,000 to refute allegations she made about the assault she said took place in Miami in 2021.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Jauhara Jeffries met Trey, born Tremaine Neverson, at Diddy’s mansion in 2018. Three years later, she says she was with him at a nightclub in Miami when he tried to record her without her consent. When she refused to allow him to record, he had her escorted away from him, court documents say.

One witness, Mariah Thielen backs the accusations Jefferies has made. The accuser has since gone on to sue Trey for $20 million.

During testimony, Thielen said that Jefferies’ lawyer took her out to lunch and offered her “between $100,000 and $200,000, depending on the size of the judgment awarded” to lie on Jeffries’s behalf.

With the new testimony made under oath, Trey’s legal team is now requesting the lawsuit be thrown out, although a judge has yet to rule on the motion.

This marks just one of many legal battles Trey Songz has faced in recent years. In June, another woman going by “Jane Doe” accused the 38-year-old Virginia native of sexual battery and assault and is demanding $10 million after claiming that the singer grabbed and exposed her breast at a pool party at the Foxwoods Resort in Connecticut in 2013. In her suit, she said that she wanted to have a picture taken with the star when the alleged incident took place.

Recently released video purports to show Trey grabbing the accuser’s chest, then removing a portion of her bathing suit top to expose her breast.

“In what appeared to be an attempt to further terrify and humiliate [the woman], [Trey Songz] followed the assault with a degrading chant, ‘Titty in The Open … Titty in The Open,’” the lawsuit filing reads.

Jane Doe also names Kevin Liles, an Atlantic Records executive tied to Trey’s production company, as a defendant in the case stating that they were “negligent in their supervision of their client” leading them to be responsible for his actions.

“Entities such as Atlantic Records and key executives like Kevin Liles must reassess their obligations toward ensuring the safety and dignity of everyone at any event associated with their artists,” the accuser’s attorney, George Vrabeck, told Rolling Stone. “My client demands transparency, accountability, and a prioritization of safety over profits.”
